We also started seeking ways to incorporate the Sitecore Customer Experience Maturity Model alongside the roadmap to demonstrate how Uponor could evolve in their digital maturity over time. The resulting approach blends Uponor’s marketing roadmap and their vision for digital maturity by leveraging the Sitecore Experience Platform and the Customer Experience Maturity Model.
