Each employee is a part of two teams: a cross-functional client team with its own internal team name and logo, as well as a functional team - such as the strategy team (web strategists), creative team (designers), development team (developers) and project management team (project managers) - focused on new technologies and best practices within their areas of responsibility. Who doesn't want to be on a team like that?
