Aware’s portal redesign for Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc. (MCFA) recently won the prestigious Sitecore Experience Award.
The honor for the MCFA project is for best manufacturing, automotive and technology site in North America for 2014, and is Aware’s fourth Sitecore Experience Award received in the past five years. Formerly known as the Sitecore Site of the Year award, Aware has also received two of these awards for best retail and consumer sites, and one for “best innovator” in 2011.
MCFA builds heavy-duty forklifts and markets them via hundreds of dealers worldwide. Aware strategized and built an industrial-strength digital portal to engage dealers in all corners of the globe with product info, manuals, warranty details, news, forms and sales literature for the entire dealer network. The intuitive architecture was organized around dealers’ needs, not corporate structure. And new dashboards and widgets allow the company to engage with dealers 24/7.
