Feed My Starving Children Packing Event #AwareCares

Aware appreciates any opportunity to support its clients.

A team of Awarians and their families volunteered their time at Feed My Starving Children. In about an hour, our group of volunteers was able to pack 12,096 meals which will feed 33 kids for an entire year. It’s a wonderful feeling to be able to help those in need – especially children. And it’s a bonus when you can have some fun with colleagues as well!

(Awarian's Brooke Doring, Ben Golden and Kelly Calendine keeping the production line moving.)

About the Organization: Founded in 1987, Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) is a Christian non-profit organization committed to feeding God's children hungry in body and spirit. The approach is simple: volunteers hand-pack meals specially formulated for malnourished children, and we send them to partners around the world where they're used to operate orphanages, schools, clinics and feeding programs to break the cycle of poverty. FMSC food has reached nearly 70 countries in our history.
