Position Summary
An Aware Web Solutions designer may be involved in a combination of the following job responsibilities: site architecture and wireframing, usability and user experience evaluation, site design and layout, CSS & HTML development, identifying strategic direction, testing, support and performing consultative reviews and evaluations.
Requirements / Attributes:
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Design background
• Photoshop
• Flash (but not required)
+ Web development experience
• Dreamweaver
• HTML
• CSS
• Javascript Implementation (but not required)
+ Client interaction
•
Ability to lead and participate in design discussions with clients and internal team members
+ Highly developed problem solving skills
+ Positive, team attitude in a collaborative environment
Primary Job Responsibilities:
+ Site Design and Front-End (CSS & HTML) Development
+ Usability and User Experience Reviews, Consulting, and Testing
Secondary Job Responsibilities:
+ Support
+ Aware Web Solutions Business Development
Required Experience:
+ Prefer at least four years work experience designing specifically for the web
+ Experience in front-end development (CSS & HTML)
+ Experience and comfort with client interaction and presentation
